Sunfusion Sunfusion is our dry white wine, made with Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. Intense butter and oak aromas from the Chardonnay are complimented by the lemony Sauvignon Blanc. This crisp wine, with slight floral notes, is excellent with mild cheeses, grilled chicken, and much more. Serve chilled.
PEARL - White Port "Pearl" is our very unique white port. Ports, including this one, are often referred to as dessert wines. White ports are uncommon, as red ports rule the port world. Our white port is made from Muscat Canelli grapes. It is very sweet and high in alcohol, so drink carefully. Normally, this wine would be served with a Mediterranean type dessert, with cheeses, fruit and crackers. Try pouring ir over fresh fruit, vanilla ice cream, or a piece of cake for something different! |
