OPTION # ONE - Rent the Facility
Rental Fee - $400 (plus tax) for 3 hour event.................. 25-125 People
Any event you can imagine…birthdays, anniversaries, business breakout sessions, group happy hour, seminar/presentation, awards banquets, bridal or baby showers, etc.
Wine sold by the glass only for consumption during the event ($6.00 to $10.00 per glass).
We have seating for up to 80 people, but with mingling room, we have room for 125. Feel free to hire a band or use our IPOD music, or bring your own IPOD to use with our docking station.
Winemaker is not required to attend the event, though CRW staff will be present to pour & sell wines. Additional event hours billed at $100/HR to cover staff costs.
**Facility Use Fee above does NOT include any food or snacks; Client may bring in food (your own or catered), but may NOT bring in ANY drinks (alcoholic or otherwise). You or your Caterer may begin set up 2 hours prior to event start, and you or your caterer shall provide personnel for food preparation, serving and clean up. One hour allowed for clean up.
**Please explain with your invitation that wine will be sold by the glass only for consumption during the event. The winery accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover (not American Express), cash and local checks. Our wines range from $6.00 to $10.00 per glass.
All guests are encouraged to buy bottled wine to take home. Sign up on our email list to receive special event invitations. Buy a CASE TO GO and get 15% discount (maximum of 2 people can combine purchases to get case discount).
NO ONE UNDER the age of 18 for Private Events. Client is responsible for telling CrossRoads Winery if any guests are under the age of 21. CrossRoads Winery will not serve any wine to anyone under the age of 21, or to any guest that seems intoxicated or becomes unruly. CrossRoads Winery is not responsible for acts of guests or for unforeseen events including Acts of God. Client is responsible for any damage to the winery, and its contents, done by the client or guests.

OPTION # TWO - Private Wine Tasting with Winemaker
$450 Fee (plus tax) For up to 12 guests.
Guests receive 1.5 oz tasting of each wine (minimum of 8 wines) and the winery will provide an assortment of cheeses, crackers, breads, fruits, etc.
You’ll have 2 hours with our Winemaker
John Otis, who will discuss the winemaking process, the wines, and possible food pairings. Guests are encouraged to ask questions.
