Vintner's Blend Red
(VB Red)

This light bodied, slightly sweet red wine is a fine blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Discover aromas of vanilla, sprice and herbs combined with flavors of blackberry, coffee and chocolate. Serve between 55-65 degrees or sllightly chilled during hot summer months. A more casual wine, pair with grilled burgers or barbeque.

Merlot
Looking for a Merlot that even 'Miles' would love? You've found it here. Note the deep rich color and enticing aromas of black cherry and vanilla. One sip delivers flavors of juicy plum, black currant and lush berries. Subtle tannins provide a smooth lasting finish. Pair this wine with rack of lamb, herb roasted chicken or grilled pork chops.

Syrah - Ryan's Choice
Syrah Ryan's Choice A huge red wine, this Syrah (same as Shiraz) will amaze you! This limited production wine is full-bodied with intense color. Enjoy the slight floral nose rich with oak & leather undertones. Notice the long legs in your glass. Flavors of blackberry and coffee combine with soft tannins to give you a remarkable wine that would stand up to any Austrailian syrah. Hand-crafted by the winemaker for his palate, this blend of Carbernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot will make you always wanting for more. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon and strwaberry jam, lead you to flavors of dark chocolate, bing cherries, black currants and fine coffee. Pair this wine with rich cheeses, grilled steaks, or pasta with marinara sauce.

2003 Reserve
Cabernet Sauvignon
A great Texas wine, our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is supple and smooth, with lush flavors of dark berries and chocolate. Aged over 24 months in French & American oak barrels, the wine has few tannins yet satisfying and complex flavors. You'll experience a soft yet full-bodied wine, with a long lasting elegant finish. An excellent wine to serve with medium bodied cheeses, grilled lamb, or premium cuts of beef, such as prime rib or filet mignon.
